## **Purpose**
These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between JetSetJuliet Travels, LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”) and you, the traveler (“you,” “your”). By submitting your Traveler Information Form, paying a planning fee, or approving any travel arrangements, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms below.

# **1. Our Role**
JetSetJuliet Travels, LLC operates solely as a professional travel advisor and intermediary between you and the independent suppliers who provide transportation, accommodations, tours, activities, and related travel services (“suppliers”).
We do **not** own, operate, manage, or control any suppliers.
Therefore, we are **not responsible** for:
- Acts, errors, omissions, negligence, or default of suppliers
- Personal injury, property damage, loss, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity
- Changes or interruptions caused by weather, strikes, government actions, war, terrorism, pandemics, illness, or events beyond our control
Your travel is governed by each supplier’s own terms and conditions.

# **2. Planning Fees & Payments**
- Planning, consultation, and research fees are **non-refundable** once work has begun.
- Supplier deposits and final balances must be paid by the deadlines set at booking.
- No reservation is guaranteed until payment is processed and accepted by the supplier.
- Pricing, availability, and currency exchange rates may change at any time until fully paid.
You authorize JetSetJuliet Travels, LLC to transmit payment details to suppliers for the purpose of securing your arrangements.

# **3. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds**
Traveler-initiated changes or cancellations may result in fees or penalties up to **100%** of the trip cost. Refunds, if available, are determined solely by the supplier.
We will advocate for any recoverable funds but cannot guarantee outcomes or reimburse losses not refunded by suppliers.

# **4. Accuracy of Information**
You are responsible for providing **accurate legal names**, birthdates, passport details, and any required personal information.
Incorrect or incomplete information may lead to denial of boarding, trip disruptions, or additional fees, which are your responsibility.

# **5. Travel Documentation & Entry Requirements**
You are responsible for obtaining and carrying all required travel documents, including but not limited to:
- Valid passports
- Visas
- Vaccination or medical records
- Entry forms required by destination governments
Failure to present proper documentation may result in denial of boarding or entry, and all costs incurred as a result will be borne solely by the traveler.

# **6. Travel Insurance**
Comprehensive travel insurance is **strongly recommended** and may include:
- Trip cancellation or interruption
- Medical emergencies
- Evacuation
- Lost or delayed baggage
If you decline insurance, you accept full responsibility for any losses from unexpected events, delays, or emergencies.

# **7. Supplier Terms & Traveler Responsibility**
You agree to:
- Review all itinerary details immediately and report discrepancies
- Follow all supplier rules, safety instructions, and local laws
- Communicate respectfully with on-site staff
- Pay any charges incurred directly with suppliers
- Understand that supplier terms supersede JetSetJuliet Travels, LLC in all operational matters
We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals whose behavior is unsafe, abusive, or disruptive.

# **8. Price Fluctuations**
Suppliers may adjust pricing due to availability, taxes, fees, fuel surcharges, or currency exchange rates. These changes may occur until the booking is fully paid and are outside our control.

# **9. Chargebacks & Payment Responsibility**
You agree **not** to file a chargeback for disclosed non-refundable fees, supplier penalties, or planning fees.
In the event of an unauthorized chargeback, you agree to reimburse JetSetJuliet Travels, LLC for resulting losses, fees, or legal costs.

# **10. Health, Fitness & Travel Risks**
By booking, you certify that you are physically and mentally fit to participate in travel activities.
JetSetJuliet Travels, LLC does not provide medical, legal, or safety advice and is not responsible for your personal decisions regarding travel risks.

# **11. Force Majeure**
JetSetJuliet Travels, LLC is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Weather events
- Government restrictions
- Disease outbreaks
- Labor disputes
- War or terrorism
- Supplier bankruptcy or operational failure
Compensation or refunds cannot be guaranteed in such circumstances.

# **12. Media & Communication Consent**
You consent to receive electronic communications regarding your trip.
Non-identifying travel experiences may be used in educational or promotional content.
You may withdraw consent at any time in writing.

# **13. Governing Law**
This agreement is governed by the laws of the **State of South Carolina**, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved under South Carolina jurisdiction.

# **14. Flight Services & Air Desk Support**
When flights are booked through JetSetJuliet Travels, clients receive complimentary access to professional air-planning support, including flight strategy, monitoring, and assistance with schedule changes or disruptions.
In rare circumstances involving significant flight irregularities — such as widespread cancellations, missed connections requiring extensive rebooking, airline system failures, or after-hours emergency intervention — additional air desk service fees may apply.
Any such fees will:
- Be limited to situations requiring extended or extraordinary support
- Be clearly communicated to the client in advance whenever possible
- Never be incurred without the client’s authorization
JetSetJuliet Travels does not control airline operations, schedules, or policies, but acts as an advocate on the client’s behalf to assist with re-accommodation and alternative arrangements when disruptions occur.
# 15. Agreement/Acknowledgement
By submitting your Traveler Information Form, paying any planning fee or deposit, or approving an itinerary, you acknowledge that:
- You are entering into an agreement with **JetSetJuliet Travels, LLC**, a South Carolina limited liability company
- You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full
