Every great story starts with a character. We start with a 60-minute chat - a call, Zoom, over coffee, or even cocktails if you're close - so I can learn your travel personality (history lover, slower traveler, etc.) goals, passions, and pace.
Based on what I've learned, I craft a cinematic itinerary balancing luxury, history, and culture. When it's ready, I'll share the full content and investment details.
Once you approve the plan, I perfect every scene: restaurant reservations, VIP touches, and delivery of my bespoke digital guide, The Script.
This is where the logistics fade and the magic begins!
Planning Packages
Your planning package is where collaboration becomes creation - it allows me to take a deep-dive into your story, focus my full attention on your journey, and begin crafting something uniquely you.
THE OUTLINE: Up to 2 travelers, 2 destinations, and/or simple itineraries. One revision. ($295)
THE RUNDOWN: Up to 4 travelers, 3 destinations, and/or medium complexity. Two revisions. ($495)
THE SEGMENT: Up to 6 travelers, 4 destinations, and/or high complexity. Three revisions. ($795)
THE SHOW: 6+ travelers, multiple destinations, and/or high complexity. Multiple revisions. ($1195+)
